Another Sarpanch, Nazir Ahmad Ganie says, the training is about how to use the powers effectively. To make the Panchayats friendly and to make the Panchayats open for women too.The effort is on for a clean and green Panchayat. A lot of transparency is coming into the Panchayati institution. The Sarpanchs and workers can learn a lot from the training which was never provided earlier, said the Sarpanch.
