Development is going on in full swing at Heer Watnoo Tangmarg in Jammu & Kashmir. People celebrated with band, baja and sweets. For fifty years there was no road in the village. The village Panchayat was located on that side. So we were facing difficulties. Whether there is water, rain or snow, now we can reach the Panchayat in comfort. Under the guidance of the Lieutenant Governor of Jammu & Kashmir, Shri Manoj Sinha, these works of road development, installing transformers, providing electricity are going on, said a villager. The ladies in Heer Watnoo Tangmarg village expressed their happiness by breaking into a dance. Till date no one has done anything for us. If they have given anything, then it is just to fill their homes. The previous governments did nothing for the poor. No one has done anything till date. The LG government has solved our road problem, gave us wires, and looked after our needs said locals. We are very grateful. On construction of the road, sweets are being distributed. For the first time we saw so much happiness among the local villagers, observed one resident. Bribery had been going on here for the last seventy years. The work of the poor was not getting done. Today as you can see the children are happy, mothers are happy, youth are happy and the elderly are also happy. We believe in this slogan: Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, said a youth.
