DC Budgam Inaugurates Health & Wellness Centre | Budgam District Excels in APEX Funding Utilisation APEX funding comes for Budgam which comes for every district. By completing our work timely and tying up its financial or physical progress, we are among the two or three districts in the Union Territory wherein after completing the work, there has been savings also. And we sent the savings plan to Finance and they approved it, said District Development Commissioner, Budgam, Akshay Labroo, IAS at the inauguration of a Health & Wellness Centre at Kralpora, Budgam on February 6, 2024. He said there are 200-300 works which we are going to complete this year. It is only because of the cooperation of the people of Budgam that we have been able to do all these works. And many people will get relief from these 200-300 works. Especially our projects which have been pending for years. This savings plan will definitely be included in them. This work will definitely be used in our tourism projects. Very soon we will also do some more projects with people. We will do all this work together, said District Development Commissioner, Budgam, Akshay Labroo, IAS.
