Bhaderwah, January 10,2026- The picturesque town of Bhaderwah in Jammu’s Doda district is all set to host the Bhaderwah Winter Festival 2026 on January 17 and 18, with celebrations planned at Gul Danda and the New Bus Stand.
Deputy Commissioner Doda, Harvinder Singh, announced the festival, describing it as a major initiative to promote winter tourism, showcase the region’s rich cultural heritage, and strengthen the local economy. The event will feature snow-based activities, cultural performances, and local traditions, offering visitors an immersive winter experience.
Officials said the festival aims to project Bhaderwah as an emerging winter destination while creating livelihood opportunities for local artisans, performers, and tourism stakeholders.
