Srinagar, 13 November 2025: Bollywood actor Imran Khan expressed his deep affection for Kashmir, calling it his “second home” during a recent visit to the Valley. The actor, who was in Srinagar for a private event and location recce, praised the region’s breathtaking landscapes and the warmth of its people.
Speaking to local media, Imran said, “Every time I come to Kashmir, it feels like coming home. The beauty here is unmatched, but what truly makes this place special are the people — their hospitality and love are beyond words.”
Imran Khan also hinted at the possibility of shooting his next film in Kashmir, highlighting the region’s growing appeal as a preferred destination for filmmakers. He appreciated the Jammu and Kashmir government’s film policy, which provides incentives and logistical support to production houses.
Tourism officials welcomed the actor’s remarks, saying that such endorsements by popular film personalities help boost the image of Kashmir as a safe and scenic destination for cinema and travelers alike.
The actor’s visit created a buzz among fans, many of whom gathered outside his hotel to catch a glimpse of him.
