Yoga session organised at Jammu base camp to relieve the stress of yatris

The Director of Ayush, Shrine Board, the District Administration and the Camp Director started a Yoga session for the yatris at Jammu base camp. The sessions will go on for a month. Asanas, Pranayam and mediation will be taught to the yatris to relieve their stress. This is a good effort from the department.
