Srinagar, October 22,2025: In a significant step towards promoting renewable energy in Jammu and Kashmir, a 3kW Solar Rooftop System was successfully commissioned at Gogji Bagh under SD Rajbagh. The initiative reinforces the administration’s commitment to sustainable energy solutions and clean power adoption across the Union Territory.
In addition to the commissioning, officials conducted an inspection of four Solar Rooftop Installations at various locations in Lolab, ensuring the systems’ efficiency, safety, and adherence to technical standards. These inspections are part of ongoing efforts to expand solar infrastructure and encourage green energy adoption in residential and institutional sectors.
