Ram Navami Celebration in Srinagar: A Symbol of Kashmiriyat and Unity Ram Navami was celebrated in Srinagar. The procession is coming from Shiv Mandir. We have taken care that the traffic is not disrupted. As you can see even Muslims are participating in the celebration procession along with Kashmiri Pandits, said the official. It reflects the Kashmiriyat culture of Jammu & Kashmir. Last year too we had taken out the celebration procession. This year too we are successfully celebrating together. In the past too, people from different religions joyous participated in each other’s festivals and respected the other religion’s festivities.
