PM Awas Yojana 2.0: New Hope for Houseless Families in J&K | Land & Housing Benefits Explained. PM Awas Yojana 2.0 Scheme is for houseless families. Already 400 families who were without houses have benefitted from the previous scheme and they got their houses built. On the same pattern is the new PM Awas Yojana Urban 2.0 scheme. Around 350 people have registered for this scheme and the last date is March 31st. This scheme will go on for 5 years but those who register now will get immediate benefits. In the new scheme there is also a provision that those without land will be given 5 Marla land by the government.
