Kashmir , July 25, 2025– Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, Shri Manoj Sinha, emphasised the vital role of peace in shaping the future of the nation, stating that the hopes and dreams of youth can only flourish in a peaceful environment. His remarks came during a public interaction program focused on youth empowerment, education, and inclusive development in the Union Territory.
Highlighting the government’s commitment to nurturing youth potential, the LG stressed that sustainable peace and development go hand in hand. “A secure and stable environment is the foundation upon which our young generation can build their dreams, pursue innovation, and lead the country forward,” said LG Sinha.
He added that Jammu and Kashmir is witnessing a new era of development, education reform, and skill-building initiatives, which aim to equip youth with opportunities to thrive in a rapidly changing world.
The LG also underscored the importance of youth participation in nation-building, encouraging them to become active contributors in their communities and agents of change in society.
This message aligns with the administration’s broader vision to create an ecosystem of peace, economic growth, and social harmony in Jammu and Kashmir, allowing the aspirations of the younger generation to take flight.
