Temporary hospital for Shri Amarnath ji Yatra pilgrims operating at Chandanwari

A temporary hospital for Shri Amarnath ji Yatra pilgrims has been set up at Chandanwari base camp. Medical teams have come from all over India including doctors, paramedical staffs and technicians. It feels like a national integration, says CMO Dr Shashank on his first Amarnath posting and takes it as his good fortune. He further says that if he is able to make the yatris who have come from all over India and his colleagues comfortable by even 1% then this is his holy pilgrimage. The hospital is equipped with all types of facilities and expert doctors and physicians, cardiologists, pulmonologists, anaesthetists and specialists. The temporary hospital for Shri Amarnath ji Yatra is funded by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India.
