The “Soan Meeras” Heritage Festival, a three-day event celebrating the rich cultural tapestry of Srinagar, began on February 25, 2025, at Kashmir Haat. Organised by the District Administration Srinagar in collaboration with the Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts (IGNCA), the festival aims to bridge generations by showcasing the region’s glorious past.
