Kashmir, November 1,2025: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha paid rich tributes to eminent writer and lyricist Rahi Masoom Raza, describing him as a literary icon whose legacy continues to inspire the nation’s youth to dream, create, and contribute to society.
