The two main objectives of this plan are: first, to make the local youths entrepreneurs and second, keeping in view the local problems in the same area provide cost-effective solutions and modern technology. Thus by making necessary changes in the practice, so that progress can be made in productivity and profits. The second important point is that in the agriculture and allied sector, on a large scale, to access credit the funds are being increased to Rs 20 lakh crore by the government of India. Let us see it as new opportunities and possibilities. The construction of New Jammu and Kashmir cannot happen without the progress of agriculture and allied sectors. The LG said we need to work together like sensitive humans to change the life of our farmers.
