‘Preference to the Underprivileged’ farmers, agriculture and allied sectors in the Budget

‘Preference to the Underprivileged’, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi shared this thought during the Budget Day. This vision can fulfill the goal of inclusive development. Top priority in the inclusive campaign is the agriculture sector, said the Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, Shri Manoj Sinha. Our Finance Minister Smt Nirmala Sitharaman presented the budget and there are two important things we need to keep in mind. She said in the Azadi ka Amrit Kaal India has got for the first time an agriculture fund plan which in the rural areas will encourage agro start ups. The two main objectives of this plan are: first, to make the local youths entrepreneurs and second, keeping in view the local problems in the same area provide cost-effective solutions and modern technology. Thus by making necessary changes in the practice, so that progress can be made in productivity and profits. The second important point is that in the agriculture and allied sector, on a large scale, to access credit the funds are being increased to Rs 20 lakh crore by the government of India. Let us see it as new opportunities and possibilities. The construction of New Jammu and Kashmir cannot happen without the progress of agriculture and allied sectors. The LG said we need to work together like sensitive humans to change the life of our farmers.
