Tells one of the student, ‘My name is Irfan Rashid & my school’s name is Eklavya Model Residential School Rajouri. The name of my first school was Delhi Public School Rajouri. There we had to pay money to study, here it is free of cost. Here we get notebooks, pens, pencils, here almost everything is free. The teachers are very good. The food is excellent and our washrooms etc. are very good. We play games and a lot of cultural activities are also organised’. One other student of the Eklavya School shared his experience, ‘Earlier I used to study in a private school, then I gave the entrance exam of this school and I got the admission.
