Pahalgam — In a vibrant push to promote winter tourism, the Pahalgam Development Authority (PDA) hosted a colourful winter festival showcasing the rich cultural heritage of Kashmir. The highlight of the event was a captivating Rouf dance performance by Kashmiri girls, which drew appreciation from tourists and locals alike.
The festival featured traditional music, folk performances and cultural activities aimed at enhancing the winter experience for visitors. Organisers said the initiative is part of broader efforts to project Pahalgam as a year-round tourist destination and to support local artists and performers.
