Muslims in Kashmir’s Budgam celebrated Diwali this year by burning candles. This was to show their brotherhood to the Kashmiri Pandits. They want the Hindu Kashmiris to come back and celebrate with them. The brotherhood will live on, said the Muslims in Kashmir during Diwali celebrations..
