Kupwara, October 15,2025: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today visited ‘Roshan Mustaqbil’, a youth empowerment centre at Zangli run by the Vajr Division, dedicated to channelising local talent into education, skill development, and livelihood opportunities.
The Lieutenant Governor interacted with the youth and appreciated the centre’s efforts in providing career guidance, vocational training, and entrepreneurship support to the young generation of Jammu and Kashmir.
With over 690 active members, the Roshan Mustaqbil Centre has become a symbol of hope, empowerment, and progress, helping the youth build a better future for themselves and their communities. The centre has achieved remarkable success within a short period, with many trained youths securing placements across the country.
The initiative has also led to the growth of revenue-generating startups, digital inclusion of women, and has played a key role in strengthening national integration and social harmony.
LG Manoj Sinha praised the Vajr Division for its commitment to youth empowerment in border regions and assured continued government support for such transformative initiatives.
