New Delhi, April 21, 2025 – Ayushi Sudan, Deputy Commissioner of Kupwara, Jammu and Kashmir, was honored with the prestigious Prime Minister’s Award for Excellence in Public Administration for 2023 by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Civil Services Day in New Delhi. The award recognizes Kupwara district’s exemplary contributions to holistic development, highlighting Sudan’s transformative leadership in public service.
