I can say that we have created an inclusive society and have tried to reach the pinnacle of glory through the technology of knowledge and science. The inclusive society that has been created and an attempt has been made to reach the peak of glory through the techniques of knowledge science, I can say that it is definitely satisfying for all of us. Under the leadership of respected Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, Jammu and Kashmir has started seeing the light of the pinnacle of development. I can say that the last four years of this Union Territory have been turning around in fortunes. Social Equality Commitment to equal opportunities for all citizens without discrimination. Efforts have been made to realise the resolve of an inclusive and progressive Jammu and Kashmir. The way the Central Government has supported the welfare of the people of Jammu and Kashmir and to bring heaven on earth at par with other developed states. I pay my tribute to the Government of India for the improvement of the people of Jammu and Kashmir and the support of the Central Government for making heaven on earth comparable to other development states. Today the country is also feeling proud along with Jammu and Kashmir. The number of foreign tourism and tourists in Kashmir Valley has increased by 350% this year as compared to previous years. There has also been a big increase in the number of domestic tourists. One crore eighty five lakh people have come here till today 31st October 2023 and will definitely reach 2.25 crore, LG said. Night life culture has started in J&K. There is excitement in the markets. Every citizen is living as per his own wish. Efforts are being made to protect the freedom of every person, LG said. Every effort has been made to ensure that the strike and stone pelting conflicts are eradicated. Shops remained open for the entire 365 days; schools and colleges remained open for the entire academic session. An attempt was made to free the common man from fear and create his own life. Friends, today it is important to understand the fact that the infrastructure project worth lakhs of crores is strengthening the basic structure of Jammu and Kashmir. A large number of projects have also been completed. About 98% of the remaining work will be completed this year. In the last four years, the administration of Jammu and Kashmir has been serving with dedication and without any hesitation to create facilities for the benefit of the common man. You will be happy and surprised to know that even today Jammu and Kashmir administration is spending Rs 619 crore every month on road building, macadamisation and construction of rural houses.
