Kashmir, January 1,2026-Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha offered prayers at the revered Lord Venkateswara Temple in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. The LG sought blessings for peace, prosperity and the well-being of the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
During his visit to the hill shrine, LG Manoj Sinha performed traditional rituals and interacted with temple authorities. The visit was marked by spiritual reverence at one of the country’s most prominent pilgrimage sites, which attracts millions of devotees from across India and abroad every year.
Officials said the Lieutenant Governor prayed for harmony, development and continued progress in Jammu and Kashmir. His visit reflects the cultural and spiritual ties that bind different regions of the country.
The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) officials extended a warm welcome to the LG and facilitated his darshan at the temple.
