J&K LG Manoj Sinha honours Swami Kailashanand Giri Ji with Kailakh Sanskrit Ratna award

Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha presented the Kailakh Sanskrit Ratna Award to Swami Kailashanand Giri Ji Maharaj in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the promotion of Sanskrit and India’s cultural heritage. The ceremony, organised by the Shri Kailakh Jyotish and Vedic Sansthan Trust in Jammu, saw Swami Kailashanand Giri Ji Maharaj lauded for his selfless service as a scholar, Yoga Guru, and social reformer. In his address, the Lieutenant Governor emphasised the importance of preserving and promoting India’s rich traditions under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He highlighted the government’s commitment to nurturing the values of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam and building a sustainable, peaceful, and progressive future.
