J&K breast cancer conference concludes at University of Kashmir

Srinagar,December 24,2025-The Jammu and Kashmir International Conference on Breast and Allied Cancer concluded successfully after three days of insightful deliberations at the University of Kashmir, marking a significant step toward advancing cancer research, awareness, and collaborative healthcare efforts in the region.

The conference was organised by the Department of Bioresources, University of Kashmir, and brought together leading oncologists, researchers, scientists, academicians, and healthcare professionals from across India and abroad. The three-day event served as a vital platform for sharing the latest research findings, clinical advancements, and innovative approaches in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of breast and allied cancers.

During the conference, experts delivered keynote addresses and participated in technical sessions, panel discussions, and paper presentations covering topics such as early detection, molecular biology of cancer, personalized medicine, and emerging therapeutic strategies.
