J&K: 3-Day Snow Trekking Expedition in Banihal’s Sarvadhar Village Reveals Untapped Tourism Prospect

A three-day snow trekking expedition was organised in Sarvadhar, a village in Banihal tehsil of Ramban district of Jammu & Kashmir. There is a famous Shri Mata ChamundaTemple located here. Mata Chamunda Devi Charri Yatra takes place in season, informed the trekker. He said the snow trek expedition was a very beautiful experience and they encountered a lot of snowfall. They were trekking in the snow laden high altitude meadows of Banihal. It is a beautiful location in Banihal region, voiced the trekkers. It is no less than Kashmir and tourism has a lot of scope here, young trekkers said.
