Jal Jeevan Mission to Bring Clean Water Soon to Every Home in Pulwama, Jammu & Kashmir

Earlier we used to get our water from spring, boil it and then use, said residents of Pulwama, Jammu & Kashmir. The Jal Jeevan Mission has brought a ray of hope in our lives. The Prime Minister has started a very good mission of ‘Har Ghar Nal’. In the Pulwama district the Jal Jeevan Mission is working. An overhead water tank is getting constructed. Also, a water supply scheme is being worked out which will bring water to all the residents. Even the neighbouring villages will be able to receive water. An elderly expressed his happiness about the Jal Jeevan scheme of the government to provide clean water to all. The whole administration including DC Pulwama came here and ensured that the department worked on it to provide water. A concerned Pulwama official said that work is going on 24×7 to complete the mission. Daily progress reports of the mission are being uploaded whose monitoring is happening in Delhi. The monitoring is happening at the Central level. This work on Mission Mode is happening fast. And it is likely to finish soon.
