Inclusive Education Initiative | Special Children of Pulwama Explore New Horizons in Exposure Visit An exposure visit was organised for children with special needs under inclusive education of Samagra Shiksha. The initiative was by the Chief Education Officer, Pulwama. Pulwama residents said that this is the first time that such a visit has been organised for specially abled children and we are very excited about it. Around 50 children from Pulwama district will participate in the exposure trip. They will be taken to a park. Next year we will plan to include more. Initiatives like this will give these children more exposure and opportunities. They will also get a chance to explore their talent. Chief Education Officer, Abdul Qayoom said, this is the segment that keeps getting ignored because of our own weakness. We feel this thing and media has also given it coverage. This tour is specifically for the specially abled and they will be provided all opportunities for development. We had organised sports for them in the past and this trip was due.
