In line with the BJP’s mission, he announced the party’s intention to provide laptops to youth who were once involved in stone-pelting, alongside efforts to offer jobs and better futures for them. He also noted that the BJP had fielded 17 Muslim candidates in Kashmir, including two Pandits, and several more Muslim candidates in Jammu. In addressing social issues, he stressed the urgency of tackling the drug problem affecting Kashmiri youth and called for rehabilitation programs for those struggling with addiction. He also advocated for the release of individuals imprisoned for minor offences, stating that these individuals should be given opportunities to reintegrate into society through small jobs. His speech encapsulated the BJP’s vision for a peaceful and prosperous Kashmir, where dignity, respect, and opportunities are accessible to all. The focus on infrastructure development, employment, and social reform reflects the party’s commitment to creating a better future for the people of Kashmir.
