Kashmir, December 5,2025 : Emphasising the need for a modern, patient-centric healthcare system, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has called for enhancing diagnostic accuracy and reducing the time to treatment across Jammu & Kashmir.
Addressing a recent healthcare event, LG Sinha highlighted that timely and precise diagnostics are crucial for effective patient care and better health outcomes. He stressed the importance of modern laboratory infrastructure, advanced diagnostic technologies, and digital tools in transforming medical data into actionable clinical insights for doctors.
“Strengthening our healthcare system requires not only skilled medical professionals but also state-of-the-art diagnostic facilities and faster reporting mechanisms,” LG Sinha said. He further urged hospitals and labs to adopt AI-driven diagnostic tools and leverage big data analytics to improve accuracy, efficiency, and decision-making in patient care.
