Handwara, March 6,2026- A film crew is currently shooting scenes for the upcoming project Pashaan in Nagranar village of Rajwar in North Kashmir’s Handwara, once again bringing the spotlight back to Kashmir’s breathtaking landscapes and vibrant culture.
Over the past few years, film productions have increasingly returned to the Valley, drawn by its scenic beauty, snow-capped mountains, lush meadows, and the warm hospitality of local communities. The shooting of Pashaan in the Rajwar area has generated excitement among residents and is being seen as another positive step in reviving Kashmir’s film tourism.
Local youth have found employment opportunities during the filming process, assisting the production crew with logistics, equipment handling, and other support activities.
