Kashmir,January 22,2026- Doda witnessed an energetic display of awareness and community participation as Paradise TVS, in collaboration with the Motor Vehicle Department Doda, organised a bike rally to mark National Road Safety Month 2026. The rally, themed “Sadak Suraksha, Jeevan Raksha”, was flagged off by Deputy Commissioner Harvinder Singh , drawing attention to the importance of safe riding practices.
The event brought together riders from across the district to promote helmet use, responsible driving, and adherence to traffic rules. As the rally moved through key areas of Doda, volunteers engaged with citizens, distributing educational material and demonstrating simple steps that can prevent road accidents.
Speaking at the flag-off, DC Harvinder Singh highlighted the significance of such initiatives in reducing road accidents and saving lives, urging both riders and motorists to embrace safety-conscious habits. Paradise TVS and MVD Doda reiterated their commitment to fostering road safety awareness among youth and the wider community.
The rally marked a significant effort in building a culture of safe mobility in Doda, inspiring citizens to take personal responsibility for road safety and making the streets safer for everyone.
