Kulgam, September 17, 2025: In a proactive step to foster community engagement and environmental consciousness, Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Athar Aamir Khan (IAS), today flagged off an Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) Van from the Mini-Secretariat #Kulgam. The initiative aims to promote #cleanliness, raise #awareness on sustainable practices, and encourage active #communityparticipation across the district as part of the nationwide #SewaParv campaign.The #IECVan, equipped with multimedia tools and educational materials, will traverse key areas of #Kulgam, disseminating messages on waste management, hygiene protocols, and collective responsibility towards a cleaner environment.
