Let us not wait for the centre to get built, approved, it will take time, said DC Budgam Akhsay Labroo chairing a Block Diwas programme at far flung Frestawar village in Block Khansahab in Budgam district of Jammu & Kashmir. DC Budgam apprised the CEO and other officers concerned with Animal Husbandry to take note that from January 30, 2024 till the next 7 days, a mobile veterinary unit with doctors and equipment to check up cattle health and to administer medicines to animals will function in Budgam district’s Frestawar village. The DC asked officers to find out about procuring new machines to help administer cattle welfare.
