The operation, spearheaded by Deputy Commissioner Aayushi Sudan in coordination with the Indian Air Force, disaster response teams, and local administration, ensured the woman’s safe evacuation despite rising floodwaters that had cut off access to medical facilities.At District Hospital Samba, skilled medical staff provided immediate care, resulting in a successful delivery. Both mother and newborn are reported to be in stable condition, receiving ongoing support.
DC Aayushi Sudan visited the mother and child, reaffirming the administration’s commitment to their well-being. “Floods couldn’t stop life’s miracle,” DC Sudan declared, lauding the seamless collaboration between the Indian Air Force, disaster response teams, and hospital staff.
