Budgam, December 20: Deputy Commissioner Budgam, Akshay Labroo, conducted a comprehensive on-site review of the ongoing construction work at the Nayabat Office, Soibugh. The DC underscored the importance of timely project completion and urged the concerned officials and the executing agency to adhere strictly to the set deadlines, ensuring the delivery of quality work.
The Nayabat Office at Soibugh, which has recently received official approval, is part of a broader initiative aimed at enhancing administrative efficiency and improving public service delivery for the local residents of the area. During the inspection, the DC expressed the administration’s commitment to ensuring that the project is completed on time and with high standards.
In addition to overseeing the construction, DC Labroo engaged with local residents, listening to their suggestions and addressing any concerns they raised. This interactive approach reflects the administration’s focus on addressing community needs while improving governance.
The Nayabat Office is one of several key infrastructure projects approved for the district, which also include the construction of the Tehsil Office BK Pora, Nayabat Nagam, Nayabat Kachwari, Additional NT Complex, and Pakherpora. These projects are aimed at strengthening the administrative infrastructure in Budgam, ensuring swifter delivery of services to the public, particularly in revenue functions.
Accompanying the DC during the visit were ACR Budgam, CPO Budgam, AEE R&B Budgam, and other senior officials.
