Civil services aspirants given full support at RUBARU programme by Kupwara administration

Iram Fayaz Wani, a student in Kupwara says, the RUBARU programme is the best platform for a student to analyse their capabilities. Coordinator Rayees Masroor said, this is a counselling and guiding programme for the civil services aspirants of Kupwara region in Jammu & Kashmir. Another student Aasif Maqbool says, students study a lot. But how to study and tackle for the exams is an issue.

Gh Nabhi Bhat, ADC Kupwara said, we are providing a platform to the students preparing for the civil services exams and other competitive exams so that they have an avenue to progress in future. Officials say, the children were not competing in the civil services exams so a programme was held to understand their difficulties, guide them on time management and were given strategies to tackle competitive exams.

A female student shared her personal study experience and after attending the RUBARU programme feels now that if you have the guts you will crack, and if you face it you will make it. The district administration appealed to the students to appear for the exams and for any difficulties they are there to support them with books, mentorship officers, and online guidance.
