Rajouri, September 10: The Border Security Force (BSF) organised a free mobile medical camp in the far-flung and remote villages of Rajouri district to provide much-needed healthcare services to people affected by the recent floods in Jammu and Kashmir.
Medical teams from the BSF attended to hundreds of patients, offering basic treatment, medicines, and health consultations. Special focus was laid on preventing the spread of water-borne and vector-borne diseases in the aftermath of the floods.
Locals, who have been facing immense hardships due to damaged infrastructure and limited access to health facilities, expressed gratitude to the BSF for extending medical aid at their doorstep.
The initiative highlights BSF’s commitment towards community welfare, humanitarian support, and public health care in border and remote areas of Jammu and Kashmir.
