With the new turn of events in Jammu and Kashmir, now the administrator approaches the villagers and listens to their problems and in a proper manner tackles their pain points. It is a very big initiative taken by the J&K government that administrators come to the people at Block level and villages to enquire about the difficulties faced by the locals. Local residents of Bandipora were finding it cumbersome to get hold of the officers with their problems. The village panchayat of Bandipora welcomes this idea wholeheartedly. Locals say, this initiative also raises awareness on the difficulties therein and work on the ground level speeds up.
