Back to Village 5th Edition Kicks Off in Baramulla | Aiming for Maximum Benefit & Scheme Saturation ADDC Baramulla, Aijaz Abdullah Saraf said that the programme Back to Village 5th edition has been started from November 7, 2023 in Baramulla. This programme will go on till 16th November. We have started organising these camps. Our officers will go to the people and resolve their issues. Efforts will be on to clear the unsaturated schemes and provide people the maximum benefits. The officers will go to each Panchayat to find out the extent of implementation of these schemes. They will also try to find out about the benefits that reached people as well as the gaps present in the schemes and how to overcome those gaps for maximum saturation of government schemes.
