Anantnag, July 18,2026- Bringing pride to Jammu and Kashmir, Zaidan Wani from Anantnag has secured an impressive All India Rank (AIR) 124 in the NEET UG 2026 examination by scoring 640 marks, emerging as one of the country’s top achievers.
Expressing his happiness after the results, Zaidan said he had never expected to be among the top rankers and was simply aiming for a good score through consistent hard work.
“I never thought about being one of the toppers. I anticipated a decent score. We were all very disappointed when the exam got cancelled earlier. My parents supported me at every step. I am very happy now. I hope for a good college as I have got a good score. I want to join the college and serve the society,” he said.
Zaidan’s achievement comes after months of dedicated preparation and perseverance. Like thousands of NEET aspirants across the country, he also experienced uncertainty following the earlier cancellation of the examination. However, he remained focused on his studies and continued preparing with determination.
