Despite disability Budgam boy pursues cricket supported by father, hopes to play nationals

I was disabled at the age of eight but I did not lose hope said the enthusiastic cricketer from Budgam in Jammu and Kashmir. This young boy along with studies took care of sports too. He has been passionate about cricket since he was very young. He has been playing cricket since the age of ten. He has played a lot of tournaments in nearby villages. In future he wants to play at the national level. He wants to represent his country. My son was normal till the age of eight and then he suffered bone loss and was diagnosed with a disability. Since he was keen on cricket since childhood I thought of honing his talent and so I coached him. I have provided him with all the facilities. He does indoor and outdoor practice. He practises inside the house, in his room as well. As his father and coach I am grooming him. He wants to play at the national special ability level so I am looking at ways so that he is selected on merit basis to represent his country. The young cricketer appealed to the Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, Shri Manoj Sinha through this video to give him a chance to represent his country.
