University of Jammu launches 100-day Nasha Mukt Bharat Campaign

Jammu, April 17,2026- University of Jammu has launched a 100-day Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan campaign to combat drug abuse, extending support to the initiative spearheaded by Manoj Sinha on April 11, 2026.

The campaign aims to mobilize collective action against substance abuse, promote awareness, and encourage a zero-tolerance approach to drug trafficking across Jammu and Kashmir. It also focuses on strengthening care, counseling, and rehabilitation support systems for individuals affected by drug addiction.

As part of the initiative, the university plans to engage students, faculty, and the wider community through awareness drives, outreach programs, workshops, and collaborative efforts with various stakeholders. The campaign underscores the importance of community participation in building a drug-free society.
