Rajouri, April 2, 2026-The district administration of Rajouri has initiated a comprehensive awareness campaign for the Panchayat Electoral Roll Revision 2026, aimed at ensuring maximum voter participation and accurate electoral records.
Deputy Commissioner Abhishek Sharma flagged off an awareness vehicle to mobilize citizens and spread information about the importance of voter enrollment and verification. The campaign seeks to reach every corner of the district, encouraging people to check and update their details in the electoral rolls.
Officials emphasized the need for eligible citizens, particularly first-time voters, to come forward and register themselves. The drive also focuses on eliminating discrepancies and ensuring transparency in the electoral process at the grassroots level.
