Pulwama, March 31,2026- A vibrant display of colours and innovation marked the celebration of Tulip Fest 2026 at Bonera in Pulwama district of Jammu and Kashmir, highlighting the harmonious blend of science and nature.
The festival was organised by the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR)–Indian Institute of Integrative Medicine (IIIM) under the aegis of the Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India.
