Jammu, March 25,2026- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Wednesday inaugurated the Jammu Chapter of the Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD), emphasizing the need to empower individuals and institutions to tackle emerging challenges and contribute to nation-building.
Addressing the gathering, the Lieutenant Governor urged universities and institutions to collaborate closely with Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD) to give concrete shape to the vision of a skilled and capable workforce.
