Srinagar, March 3, 2026- Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha has extended his heartiest greetings to the people of Jammu and Kashmir on the auspicious occasion of Holi, which will be celebrated across the country on March 4.
In his message, the Lieutenant Governor conveyed warm wishes to citizens and expressed hope that the festival of colours brings happiness, prosperity, and success to all.
“On the festive occasion of Holi, I convey my warm greetings to the people. I hope that the festival of colours, which is celebrated with traditional fervour, heralds happiness and success for all,” the Lieutenant Governor said.
He further wished that the vibrant festival strengthens the bonds of brotherhood and communal harmony in society. “May this festival of colours bring joy and prosperity in society and foster the spirit of harmony amongst our citizens,” he added.
Holi, known for its celebration of colours and togetherness, symbolizes the victory of good over evil and marks the arrival of spring. The festival is celebrated with enthusiasm and traditional fervour across Jammu and Kashmir, reflecting the region’s rich cultural diversity and communal unity.
