Gulmarg, February 23,2026- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Monday inaugurated the 6th edition of the Khelo India Winter Games at the snow-clad slopes of Gulmarg, describing the mega sporting event as a powerful symbol of peace, equality, and national unity.
Addressing athletes, coaches, and delegates from across the country, the Lieutenant Governor said that the Winter Games embody the true spirit of India — a vibrant and diverse nation united by sports.
