Jammu, February 21,2026-Indian Institute of Management Jammu successfully concluded the 16th Batch of the Nurturing Future Leadership Program under the Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Programme, an initiative of the Ministry of Education, Government of India.
The programme aimed at strengthening academic leadership, enhancing teaching competencies, and fostering innovation among faculty members from higher education institutions across the country. Over the course of the training, participants engaged in interactive sessions, case studies, group discussions, and expert-led workshops focused on leadership development, institutional governance, and pedagogical excellence.
The Nurturing Future Leadership Program is designed to equip educators with strategic thinking skills, research orientation, and transformative leadership capabilities aligned with the goals of the National Education Policy. The successful completion of the 16th batch reflects IIM Jammu’s continued commitment to academic excellence and capacity building in higher education.
