Baramulla,December 10, 2025:District Commissioner (DC) Baramulla, Mingas Sherpa, conducted a comprehensive review of the progress of Award Money schemes and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects in the district.
During the review, DC Sherpa directed the concerned officers to ensure the timely completion of all pending works and stressed the immediate submission of Utilization Certificates (UCs) to maintain transparency and accountability in project implementation.
Officials highlighted that the meeting aimed to streamline project execution, monitor fund utilisation, and ensure that both government and CSR initiatives reach the intended beneficiaries effectively. The DC emphasised the importance of adhering to deadlines and maintaining quality standards in all ongoing projects.
District authorities reiterated their commitment to inclusive development, efficient governance, and optimal use of awarded funds to benefit local communities in Baramulla.
