Kulgam , October 16,2025- Lieutenant Governor Manoj sinha inaugurated the Veshaw Literary festival earlier today in Kulgam , marking the start of annual celebration of literature , arts and culture . The two day event brings together writers , artists and readers to share ideas, discuss books, and promote a variety of creative and literary works.
