Srinagar, 20 September,2025: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha inaugurated the Dr. Agarwal Eye Hospital in Qamarwari, marking a significant step towards enhancing eye care facilities and providing advanced medical services in Jammu and Kashmir. The hospital is designed to offer comprehensive diagnostic, preventive, and therapeutic eye care, catering to the needs of patients across Srinagar and nearby districts.
The inauguration event highlighted the importance of accessible and quality healthcare.
